Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. All orders are processed within 1 business day, and delivered within 7 days under standard delivery.

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
    Carrier: USPS / UPS / FedEx (automatically selected based on your location).
    Tracking number provided once the order ships.

  • Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days)
    Available for select regions. Additional fees apply.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM PST will be processed on the same business day.

  • Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

  • Free U.S. standard shipping on all orders over $39.

  • A flat rate of $6.99 applies to orders below $39.

  • Expedited shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

After your order ships, a confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent automatically. Tracking updates may take 12–24 hours to appear.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, or building front desk

  2. Confirm with neighbors or household members

  3. Contact the carrier with your tracking number

If still unresolved, contact our support team within 7 days and we will assist in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it promptly.
